You can re-invigorate yourself with the simple act of learning something new.
Whether it be something that improves your health, your business, your mind or simply for the pure fun of it – the mental stimulation can spark surges in energy.
To add to my own internet marketing experience, I began reading Google’s Search Quality Evaluation Guidelines.
I once took a Saturday to hang out with my Rubik’s cube and youtube and found you can memorise the moves in less than a day and complete the Rubik’s cube in under 2 minutes with free online tutorials.
What is it that would spark you?
Learn some new recipes and hit the kitchen?
Learn how put up your own blog?
Learn the pose running technique and run farther with less effort?
Take that makeup course?
Learning is something we all talk about but often don’t really push ourselves with because we don’t have teachers riding our asses anymore, testing us and scoring us every 6 months. But you should do it for yourself.
Getting right outside your comfort zone again will give you a new lease on life.
When you learn, you grow. When you grow, you improve. And an improved “You” is good for everyone.
